Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 September 2026

The short version. I build your website, review system and lead app for free. Once it is live you pay for a subscription plan — $149, $279 or $549 USD per month, or the same plan paid yearly — which renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you can get your first payment refunded in full within 30 days. There is also a one-time build, which works differently and is set out in section 5. Nothing here is designed to trap you.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website and the Growth Engine service are operated by Ruslan Kurbanov, based in Rīga, Latvia (“I”, “me”, the “Provider”). You can reach me at [[EMAIL]].

These terms apply between me and you, the business subscribing to the service (“you”, the “Client”). By subscribing, you accept them. The service is sold to businesses, not to consumers.

2. What the service is

The service is sold as three subscription plans. Each plan contains everything in the plan below it, plus the items listed against it.

Essentials

Growth Engine

Everything in Essentials, and in addition:

Pro

Everything in Growth Engine, and in addition:

The lead management application is provided using a third-party platform that I configure and operate on your behalf. Your access to it continues for as long as your subscription is active and includes that application.

What is not included

Advertising spend is never included in any plan or add-on. You pay the advertising platform directly, with your own payment method, and I do not mark it up or take any share of it. Advertising management is included only in the Pro plan; on the Essentials and Growth Engine plans it is an optional add-on, quoted separately and agreed in writing before any work starts.

Domain name registration fees, paid third-party software chosen by you, photography, and video production are also not included unless I have agreed otherwise in writing. Other optional add-ons are listed on the pricing page; none of them is charged unless you have agreed to it in writing first.

3. Free setup

There is no setup fee on any subscription plan. I build the website and configure whatever else your plan includes before you pay anything. You review it and approve it before it goes live. (The one-time build in section 5 is not a subscription and is paid for differently.)

If you decide not to proceed before go-live, you owe me nothing. In that case the work I have produced remains mine, and it is not delivered or transferred to you.

4. Fees and billing

Essentials
$149 USD per month, or $1,490 USD per year.
Growth Engine
$279 USD per month, or $2,790 USD per year.
Pro
$549 USD per month, or $5,490 USD per year.
Billing start
The day your setup goes live and you have approved it.
Billing cycle
On a monthly plan, charged automatically to your payment method on the same date each month. On a yearly plan, charged once for the twelve months ahead, on the same date each year. A yearly plan is the monthly price multiplied by ten, which is why it is described as two months free.
Renewal
The subscription renews automatically — each month on a monthly plan, each year on a yearly plan — until you cancel it.
Changing plan
You can move up a plan at any time; the difference is prorated for the remainder of the period you have paid for. You can move down at the end of any billing period, and the features belonging to the higher plan stop when the lower plan begins.
Add-ons
Optional add-ons are charged on top of your plan at the price quoted and agreed in writing before the work starts. Advertising spend is never included and is paid by you directly to the advertising platform.
Currency
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. I do not receive or store your full card details. If a payment fails, I will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it. If it remains unpaid, I may suspend the service until payment is made.

Price changes

I will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of your subscription. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged it.

5. The one-time build

Separately from the subscription plans, I also offer a one-time build: a website built for a single payment of $2,900 USD, with optional hosting and care at $39 USD per month afterwards. It is not a subscription plan and the rest of this section, not section 3 or 4, governs it.

What it includes
The design and build of a custom website only. It does not include the Google review system, the lead management application, or the monthly marketing review.
Payment
The $2,900 is a single payment, due in full before the website goes live. There is no free setup on a one-time build.
Ownership
On receipt of full payment, the finished website — its code, content and configuration — is transferred to you and becomes yours. This is the exception to section 7 below.
Hosting and care
The $39 per month covers hosting, security updates and small text changes. It is a separate, optional monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time under section 6. If you cancel it, the website is still yours and I will help you move it to hosting of your own.
Refunds
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to a completed one-time build. Once the website has been finished and transferred to you, the work has been delivered and the payment is not refundable. The $39 per month hosting and care is refundable on the same 30-day basis as any other subscription.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time by emailing [[EMAIL]]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. On a yearly plan that is the end of the twelve months you have paid for.

A full refund of your first payment is available within 30 days of that payment, on any subscription plan, monthly or yearly. On a yearly plan that means the full year's payment. The full terms, including how long a refund takes and the one-time build exception, are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. What happens to your website if you cancel

This section applies to the subscription plans. On those plans the website is built, hosted and maintained by me as part of the subscription. When the subscription ends, hosting ends at the end of your final billing period and the site is taken offline.

A one-time build is different. If you have paid for a one-time build under section 5, that website is yours. Cancelling the $39 per month hosting and care does not take it away from you — it ends my hosting of it, and you are free to move it to hosting of your own.

Your own material stays yours. Your business name, logo, text, photographs, customer data and lead records belong to you, and on request I will send you a copy of them in a common file format at no charge. Your domain name remains registered to you if you own it.

On a subscription plan, the underlying website code, design files and configuration remain mine unless we agree separately, in writing, to transfer them to you. On a one-time build they are transferred to you on full payment, as set out in section 5.

8. What I need from you

If I am waiting on you, timelines move accordingly. That is not a reason to withhold payment for a service that is already live.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

I may suspend or end the service if it is used this way, without a refund of the current month.

10. What I do and do not promise

I will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, and I will do the work described above. I aim to keep your website available at all times, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — hosting providers, domain registrars and third-party platforms occasionally fail, and maintenance sometimes requires short interruptions.

I do not guarantee any particular business result. I do not promise a specific number of leads, calls, customers, reviews, sales, search ranking, or any amount of revenue. Results depend on your market, your prices, your competitors, how you handle the leads you get, and many things outside my control. Nothing on this website or in our conversations should be read as a guarantee of earnings.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, or loss of data arising from the service.

My total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid me in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Confidentiality

I will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to deliver the service. You agree to the same about anything non-public I share with you.

13. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, I will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please email me — most things are faster to solve directly.

Questions about these terms?

Email [[EMAIL]] and I will answer them myself.
