Ad spend is separate. You pay Google or Meta directly for the ads themselves, with your own card, and I never mark it up or take a cut of it.

Try the first month properly. If it isn't worth the money to you, tell me within 30 days of your first payment and I will refund it in full — no forms, no argument, and no questions about why.

That covers every subscription plan, monthly or yearly. On a yearly plan it means the whole year's payment back. The one-time build is the one exception — once the site is finished and transferred, the work has been delivered, so it has its own terms.

I would rather give a month back than have somebody paying for something they don't want.

What if I outgrow Essentials?

Tell me and I move you up the same week. There is no rebuild and no new setup fee — the review system and lead app get switched on over the site you already have. The difference is prorated, so you only pay for the part of the month you were on the higher plan.

Can I move back down a plan?

Yes, at the end of any billing period. The website stays exactly as it is. The parts that belong to the higher plan — the review system, the lead app, the ad management — stop when the lower plan starts.

Why is there no setup fee?

Because I would rather show you the thing working than talk you into it. I build the whole thing first and you decide afterwards. If you do not want it, you owe me nothing and I keep the work.

Why not just buy the site outright?

You can — $2,900 once, plus $39 a month for hosting and care, and the site is yours. It is the right choice if all you want is a website. It is the wrong choice if you want the reviews, the lead app and somebody adjusting your marketing every month, because none of that comes with it.

Does the 30-day guarantee apply to the yearly plans?

Yes. If you pay for a year and change your mind within 30 days of that payment, you get the entire year back, not a part of it. The full detail is in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What is not included in any plan?

Ad spend, your domain name registration fee, paid third-party software you choose yourself, photography and video production. Ad management is only included on Pro. Everything else on this page is quoted in writing before it starts. The full list is in the Terms of Service.
